Innovation Management is the systematic planning, management and control of innovation in organization. In contrast to creativity, which deals with the development of ideas, is the Innovation Management focused on the exploitation of ideas. Innovation Management is not limited to the implementation of new ideas. A combination of already known or an idea that an audience is still unknown, can be considered as innovation.
